User Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms
This User Agreement sets out the terms for using Quick Beam Light and this product website. By using the app, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. These terms do not remove any mandatory rights you have under local consumer law.
2. Permitted Use
You may install and use the app on a compatible Android device for lawful personal use, subject to this agreement and the applicable Google Play terms. The app provides a simple control for your device’s flashlight. Its operation depends on your device hardware, operating system, permissions, and settings.
Quick Beam Light is intended for everyday convenience. It is not a substitute for emergency lighting, safety equipment, or professional lighting. Use appropriate equipment when dependable illumination is necessary for safety.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for using the light safely and following applicable laws and device guidance. Avoid shining the light directly into someone’s eyes, using it in a way that distracts drivers, or relying on it while performing an activity that needs your full attention. Continuous flashlight use can affect battery life and device temperature.
You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation or advertising services, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or copy or modify the app except where the law allows. You are responsible for any information you choose to send in support correspondence.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
If a purchase or subscription is offered in the app, its price, billing period, renewal terms, and any applicable trial conditions will be presented before you agree to it. Review the offer carefully before completing a transaction.
Transactions made through Google Play are subject to the terms and purchase controls shown there. Any cancellation or refund rights depend on the offer, Google Play’s applicable policies, and local law. We do not promise a particular trial, price, renewal arrangement, or refund rule in this agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, its name, icon, interface, and this website’s content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using the app does not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Third-Party Services
The app includes third-party advertising services. Ads and their destination pages may be provided by other businesses and may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse every product or service advertised in the app.
The flashlight’s core function can work offline, while advertising services may require an internet connection. You are responsible for any network charges charged by your provider. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We may update the app, change supported devices, or adjust its features. Availability and performance can be affected by hardware, system updates, permission settings, maintenance, and events outside our control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.
If a change affects a paid entitlement, any applicable contractual and statutory rights continue to apply.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will meet every need or remain free of errors. You should check that your device and its flashlight are suitable for the situation in which you use them.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply to consumers in your country.
9. Suspension or Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may restrict access to related services or discontinue distribution where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements, or the continued operation of the product.
Any action affecting paid services remains subject to applicable consumer rights. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription managed through a store; if a subscription exists, use the store’s subscription controls.
10. Changes to the Agreement
We may revise this agreement to reflect changes in the app or applicable requirements. We will update the effective date when the terms change and provide additional notice where required. Your continued use is subject to the updated agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
